On the occasion of the spring equinox, we will travel to a world influenced by German brewing and the Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), adopted in Bavaria on April 23, 1516. The oldest food quality regulation in the world influenced brewing not only in the lands of the Germanic peoples, but also throughout the world. Having opened the chest of brewing history, we will search for what surprises us, gives us new knowledge and experiences about one of the oldest fermented beverages in our civilization. The modern world has opened up endless opportunities for the master to implement ideas that a few decades ago would still be considered master fables from the beer cellar. Anyone who is curious to learn, discover, and experience the unusual, surprising creations of brewers can only accept this invitation and come visit.
